Every spring, the Home Builders Association of Greater Baton Rouge opens its doors to some of the finest homes in the region, and every spring, we are proud to be right there with them! This year, we are proud to return as a signature sponsor of the 2026 Parade of Homes and be featured in 23 of the 38 homes on the tour.

About the Parade
The 2026 Parade of Homes presented by GSE Integrated runs on two weekends this April:
Weekend 1: Saturday & Sunday April 18-19, 2026
Weekend 2: Saturday & Sunday April 25-26, 2026
Hours: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
This year’s tour features 38 brand-new homes built by some of the most respected builders in the region. Homes range in price from the $200,000s to custom estates priced at over $3.5 million. No matter which part of the tour you decide to tackle, there’s a good chance you’ll come across our work!
