Is there a difference between cheap and expensive mirrors?

Yes! Different types of glass offer different levels of quality which translates to how clear and accurate the reflected image appears.

Mirrors made with cheaper materials and faulty manufacturing will result in a distorted image reflecting back at you. When mirrors are improperly installed, moisture breaks down the bond between the glass and the backing causing black spots or edges. Many times, this results in the customer having to pay another glass company to remove faulty mirrors and install quality mirrors properly. This can become extremely costly to the customer.
