2025 Home for The Holidays

We’re thrilled to be part of the Home for the Holidays raffle home again this year. Can you believe this is M&M Glass Company’s 7th year participating? Time flies when you are doing work you love!

A Designer’s Dream Come True

When we sat down with the talented ladies at Inspire by Legendary, we got pretty excited. This year’s house gave us the perfect canvas to showcase some of the latest trends in glass design, and we ran with it.

Let’s start with the primary bathroom – it’s honestly stunning! We created a custom-framed beveled-edge mirror with special cut-outs that perfectly frame these jaw-dropping Budapest light fixtures by Corbett Lighting. There’s also a custom dressing mirror and a heavy glass shower enclosure wrapping around the wet room. It’s the kind of space that makes you want to linger a little longer in the morning.

The other bathrooms are beautiful, too. Two of them feature beveled-edge mirrors with fixture cut-outs, while the bathroom off the patio has a brushed bronze sliding glass shower enclosure that is both practical and gorgeous.

And here’s one of our favorite touches – right in the hallway off the kitchen, we installed an antique mirror feature wall. It’s perfect for that one last check before you head out the door.

About This Year’s Home

This 2,873 square foot beauty sits at 405 Raymond Street in Lafayette’s sought-after Stonehaven subdivision. With four bedrooms, 3.75 bathrooms, and an open concept layout, it’s designed for real life. Whether that’s casual weeknight dinners or hosting the whole family for the holidays.

The vaulted cathedral ceiling with those rich wood beam accents? Absolutely breathtaking! Blake Romero and his partner Bobby at Legendary Contractors built this home, while their wives’ design company, Inspire by Legendary, donated their time to create the color palette and all those special details that make the house feel like a home.

Why It Matters

Here’s the really beautiful part: every $100 ticket sold supports Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Louisiana. The funds are going toward an expansion at Our Lady of Lourdes Women & Children’s Hospital, which means more Louisiana families can stay close to their children during those incredibly difficult extended hospital stays.

Since 2005, the Home for the Holidays campaign has raised over $3 million for local nonprofits right here in Acadiana. That’s the power of our community coming together. Their motto says it all: “What’s Raised in Acadiana, Stays in Acadiana.”

So you’re not just buying a chance to win a gorgeous home ( though that’s pretty great), you’re directly helping families in your own backyard. Plus, there are early bird prizes and cash awards and gift cards drawn throughout the campaign.

If you haven’t toured this home yet, there are still some open house dates in November. Stop by 405 Raymond Street and see it for yourself!
